When requesting new connection of service, to prevent delay of service connection the application form MUST be completed IN FULL and turned into office before 2:30p.m. for same day connection.
RENTAL PREMISES SHALL NOT BE OCCUPIED UNTIL A CERTIFICATE OF OCCUPANCY HAS BEEN APPROVED BY THE CITY OF GERALD BUILDING INSPECTION.

Renter/Leaser/Lease to Own - must provide a copy of lease and a copy of applicant's driver's license (if a co-applicant is listed on application, a copy of co-applicant's driver's license must be included) and a $100.00 Deposit.
Property oweners - must provide proof of ownership (copy of deed or settlement paperwork) and a copy of applicant's driver's license (if a co-applicant is listed on application, a copy of co-applicant's driver's license must be included).
